Shamin0, don't remember the exact version it was 10.4.X (i think it was 10.4.3) it ran surprisingly good to be an OS designed for other hardware. i bought my MacBook Pro about 2 weeks after that and i am really happy with my switch (PC to Mac).

if you plan to doit i recommend you to load the image in vmware (or virtualbox), make sure that everything is working and then 'DD' it to you hdd

which version of OSx86 did you manage to install? how well it did work? I have same laptop..

because the music sucks, and well... so does OSX :P
