Ring you did really great on this. that sausauge combo-- what did you think? could you taste your cinnamon and apple or is the apple really just lending moisture? I used to each the chicken apple sausages.these were links.. and I always thought they were drier than I had intended.

thank you :) the sausage is really good. yeah you do taste the apple but it also made it very tender (since ground chicken tends to get dry easy). i didnt really taste the cinnamon, i think all it did was bring out the apple flavor for me more which i liked!
