Here's another awesome six pack abs workout for females who are looking for a show-off stomach and want a hot, bikini body!
1. Stability Ball Sit Up - 3 sets of 20 reps
2. Supported Leg Raise - 3 sets of 20 reps
3. Weighted Super Crunch - 3 sets of 20 reps
4. Plank Roll Out - 3 sets of 20 reps
Flavia Del Monte is a registered nurse, certified masters level nutritionist and ceritifed personal trainer and has a passion in helping females look like fitness models without going on stage and competing as a fitness model (although there is nothing wrong with that if that's your thing :) )

Hey Flavia! your workout videos are awesome! I do bootcamp classes on mondays and sats of the week but I have other days that i dont know what to do or how to schedule the workouts. Im on a mission to tone my abs legs and buttocks so i am def watching your videos! You do these ab workouts 4-5times a week...Is it ever other day or could it be like a tuesday wednsday and then a friday? How do I go about it?
