Episode: Twin Dragon
Level: Fishing Village
Secrets: Three
Difficulty: No Pain, No Gain

With my favourite Shadow Warrior tune playing throughout the entirety of this level, it's got to be a good 'un, yes? Yes indeed! A possible candidate for the best level of the expansion as there's a lot to do. There's a plethora of enemies to snoop out and make dead (on this difficulty at least), most of the level can be approached in a pseudo non-linear fashion and there's even a driveable boat with a powerful turret at the front to make all things nasty stop moving. It's just a shame the boat's a bit too slow for my liking. That's why Lo Wang prefer to walk!

Lo Wang's absurdly quick movement aside, this level's got it all going on. Whilst it may not have much in the way of variation in the environment as Crazy Train did, it's still a damn good level and pretty enjoyable from start to finish. There is one odd design choice in the form of how you reach the Bronze Key though. You need to be pretty swift with your movement in order to grab it without taking any damage from the extravagant booby trap in front. But all that disdain for a peculiar quirk in the level is quickly forgotten once the music's dulcet tones calm me down again. I've said it before and I'll say it again, top-notch work on the music & sound design, Lee Jackson!

This is the finale of three levels where PekingDuck's invaluable advice wasn't needed. So take a step back and admire the action from afar, good sir! There's only the three Secrets to find this time around (and they're fairly easy to find if you have any common sense) which is a bit low for a level of this size but it's nothing to cry foul about. I wish there could have been more to find but whatever. Not my decision. Two of the Secrets provide the sorts of rewards that evoke a sense of accomplishment in one's self.

The other one... ehh, not so much.

But then again, I didn't really need another Ripper Heart to add to my bulging arsenal. I can only hold so much crap!

Secret One: 4:00 - 4:15.

Secret Two: 12:10 - 12:20.

Secret Three: 12:25 - 12:50.
