  • @LusciousAngel79 I'd like to know why you have such a problem with a person slightly externally rotating their feet during the squat?

Have you not watched an olympic lifter squat before... These guys are ridiculusly strong and have about the lowest incidence of knee injury of any strength related sport, yet they all squat ass to floor with their feet turned outward... weird :)

  • Tip #1... DO FRONT SQUATS!

  • What do you mean by go see someone(0:33)? I've heard you say this during this video and the back squat video. I have an issue with hip flexibility so I'd like to see someone about that.

  • RON PAUL does perfect Front Squats.

  • does having bid biceps and forearms hinder the arm position?

  • this video, i like it. ANOTHER!

  • great series coach.

may you do one on bench pressing?... i feel your input would be of great help to many many of us

  • @grambo22 That happens to me when the bar isn't loaded. Once it is, the problem disappears.

  • Her feet are fine, I think he knees could be a bit wider out (over her feet) and he ankles are collasping a bit. Might be due to crappy shoes, Olympic weightlifting shoes are the right choice.

  • Yes I understand it's about tips to help out by why not have the person actually in proper form with the feet??? Makes sense no.

Also thanks for the reference on getting a coach but I am a certified trainer with lots of anatomical knowledge plus I work with physios & osteos

Plus couldn't agree more about ur comment about the Internet - it cracked me up!

  • Q 1) I don't have Phil Heath arms, but I can't hold a bar on the same height as my elbows. How about a crossed hands palm down grip? Q 2) Do you have an opinion about standing with your heels on plates/wood. Without I can only perform fronts with a sumo stance, since I'm 6"0. Thanks!
