I used it twice a day, when I was using it. I am currently using the clinique acne solution. Cetaphil was great but the clinique works better for me.

I love cetaphil. I think the key to Cetaphil is to use all of the products. I had severe acne from 11-24. Come to find out my pores are really open so most cleansers and makeup clog and cause irritation. Now I only use Non-comedogenic products (i.e. Cetaphil). The cleanser and mourstorizer are good. Food for thought. Its only non-comedogenic if the package/website/company says so. Hence the reason I use cetaphil for skin care and Mac for makeup.
