why do they call it pam am train but it says guilford on the freight train engines? And is it the old out of busineses air line............

Guilford Transportation Industries (parent company of Guilford Rail System) purchased the Pan Am airline in 1998. In 2006, it changed the name of the railroad from Guilford Rail System to Pan Am Railways.

Is that a 10 mph restriction? Where I live, the NENE (Nebraska Northeastern Railway) has a 10 mph restriction the whole 120 mile route from Sioux City, IA to O'neill NE

Yes, the speed was restricted due to work they were doing on the switches and signals in that area. Also you can see that the crossing is torn up, which may have contributed to the speed restriction as well.
