I dont know what you mean by go up the the third. The third on what? you're already on the third of the low E.

@Danklin24 The third I'm referring to is the third of the "G", which is the chord on which the song starts. G (1st), A (2nd), B (3rd). I slide up to "the third", which is in this case, the 7th fret of the low E.
