In most cased we start to plateau when we are retaining water because of that time of the Month. Also, I don't know if you are remembering to not take the Hcg while you are menstruating. Dr. Simeon's Pounds and inches goes over all of this. I am doing all of the research I can before I start this protocol. You're seemingly doing well on it. @dsmith019 I am very aware of the protocol. I started researching on this two years ago, but only decided to go ahead and start the diet a year ago. I have done sublingual and injections. While on injections I release when TOM pays a visit!! Everybody bodies are different and respond to hcg differently. I have never experience hair loss. I have five kids and my body is pretty normal for the most part. No side effects that I personally know of.

That's great news!.. I'm glad you're doing well. The hair loss usually starts when you stop the HCG. After my Son was born and the placenta was removed my hcg levels dropped drastically and all of that lovely hair that had gotten thick and long fell out. My hair was never the same. Thank you for your info. It was really useful for me! :) Love the vids!

@151veemarie The Homeopathic DROPS are just FAKE and just water, so don't waste money on them. I'm doing injections & they are so fast & easy. 25 million people give themselves Insulin shots for diabetes each day, so it isn't a big deal.

WHAT no veggies???? girl your crazy get some veggies in......i hear you about the HEAT for real......LOVE the sun dress =) love your hair .....flat iron takes me FOREVER....but when i do i LOVE it.....i dont do it very often
