@NaruBlue123456 - Nope, the best way to give birth is to let gravity do most of the work. The concept of lying down was actually created by a male and only served/serves to prolong the length of the labour and the pain and distress. Now, that there are more and more midwives and the work of birth is mostly back in the hands of women, logic and reason is coming to the fore and births are becoming more and more efficient.
