  • So I'm watching this but I'm a little bit confused about how this applies to a business model like yours. What exactly is there to outsource? writing blog entries? When there isnt an actual product involved I dont see how this works. I dunno.

  • @GraceAnnHawkins backlinking, seo, video editing, finding more affiliate accounts, answering e-mails, handling tweetadder, some article writing, help create digital products, shall I go on?

  • Thanks for the info. Wasn't trying to sound ungreatful. When I start building new business I will be incorporating this where I can. Advertising is a nightmare. I'm getting the hell out of it ASAP. LOL. Problem is... I love it. :)

  • Dude...! THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION!!

Seriously, I'm loving your YouTube videos! I share them on Facebook.

  • Hey have you read this book "Start something that Matters" from Blake Mycoskie inventor of TOMS great book man I really recommend it to everyone out there. Haven't finished it yet, but great stuff so far.

  • @SapphireDiamond19 so wouldn't the best idea to hire the best employee, instead of thing with emotions and pay someone a higher price to not do quality work.

  • @charlesfuchs you see he talks about elance but usually you have to pay more there because you are paying for contract work.

  • I been using elance for over 10 years

  • @mohammedabshaun - we have emergency folks in Guam, Philip, Thailand, etc. When I worked at Warner Bros, we sent stuff global. But that's for grunt VFX stuff. We haven't had luck with graphic design stuff, character stuff, etc. But when it comes to technical compositing like cutting stuff out frame by frame... yes. We send that stuff out. Anything subjective, like design...nope. Hit or miss.

Our IT is in india. You have to call them first before they'll summon IT folks down the hall from us.
