I disagree. I think that you might be basing your argument on experiences that you have on management that was invented 120 years ago. He is saying that as a manager you have the ability to incorporate these new cutting edge ideas into your management style and change what it means to manage a business. It will not happen over night and not every idea is golden but he is trying to encourage folks to not be afraid of trying or change.

advanced. Be glad its not 100 yrs ago...youd be a farmer! While the job enviroment sounds ideal, its still the same structure we have now, just with a fuzzy bunny approach, and an upside down picture for the new obediants. This was full of "we as the owners need..." & "you the obediants will do...". Not saying that its all bad, just divisive. This is the 3rd video Ive seen and it was the same in all of them. This is big corp business &

No one sees this as divisive? From the audience being the obedient "top" of the pyramid, to "your free to complain about your servitude"! All you need is a ticket! You can complain now! Just because the picture of the pyramid is upside down doesnt mean its any different. Over simplifying global economy by talking about fancy job titles and yadda yaddaing. Using enough big words to make the implied lower intellects (obedient top of the pyrmid)think what they learn is really knowing something

The REAL question is "How do we get companies to listen and employ this point of view?" As far as I can see, not too many will be so accomodating in giving up their rigid heirachies and top-down authority.
