When I became a member there was one price and just one plan. Direct Buy now has several plans, one for every budget and service level. They also no longer require you to join the club the same day you go in for a visit. They even have a free trial membership now. I've only saved my membership 2 1/2 times now. So, if you're bitter because you didn't join.....your loss sucker!

I am a member at DirectBuy Fresno. I have saved money on large purchases and small purchases too. Just having the opportunity to buy everything at cost for the rest of my life makes me wonder how much I'll save. I'm expecting it to be tens of thousands of dollars.

i guarantee that Direct Buy buys a ton of informercials on the same TV station that hosts this "news" show. Hell, this interview is basically a commercial.

Direct Buy CAN be the club for you - MOST especially if you are building, remodeling, or refurnishing! The more expensive your taste, the more you will save, and the happier you will be.

Real pain in the ass. you have to go the internet to look for items and then go back to DB and order thru them and get the "low" price. some prices are good .you should just get the product where you can really see it .You take a chance on getting the product damaged ea time it is shipped -not DBs fault but they have set it up in a way that they are not responsible for damage. . $7K for 2yr membership. It paid for it self but never again.

LIES LIES LIES. The last time I checked a manufacturer didnt sell a 58 in plasma tv to a retailer for 2,500.00. this is the cost of this tv at db and in best buy the same tv is on sale for 1,700.00.

They didn't even say anything about the membership fee costing thousands and they will also refuse to show any prices until the customer agrees to pay the fee. A friend of mine joined and said prices were just the same as retail stores.

when you join Direct Buy member get everything from manufacturers prices and the reason you pay for a membership price is because they get no money from what you buy, but the membership fee is used to make profit and they have all rights because they do have to pay for location and employess so your dumbasses can benefit from it and it's only fair
