@wolfenbreed actually it does not take long look displayplay1 he sells a dvd that teaches you how to obtain a 1.3 atf license in 90 days.

Get your Class B license. Titanium Salutes, which is a mortar as shown, is easy 2 times louder than that. And a Thunder King, a cake, fires 25-100 Titanium Salutes. Well worth the time and effort if you enjoy pyrotechnics.

@Krause12689 Sorry I didn't see this comment sooner - Thanks for clearing up the difference between whats for the consumer, and whats not. I don't have the patience or time to go get a class B, it would be sweet though. Maybe one day I'll go for it :)
