  • dude can you shuow me that study cuz i really wanna see it. And yes I think it's true. Flat footed people also are les prone to injury, high arched ppl get injured all the time. Bball players with huge feet often have flat feet.

  • i am still in the process of dunking a basketball and would just like to say that you dont have to squat 400 lbs to dunk. thats what i was told when i started and it yielded no results. Plyos really do it. and 10-12 reps of really light full squats
