The presence of the whole binds these parted moments in a knot of eternity.
The ends are loosed upon the measures of the mind, confounding their search for time.
O, Paradox of mine, won't you find a way to unwind, to spell your secrets and show the way to the source?
Psychic signals abound, written on walls of caves too dark to see but with the light of the soul.
The meaning is a mystery told for sake of mourning the loss of sacred stars of nights too bright for celestial lights.
Fearful of city walls, heaven has retreated, withdrawn to the shadows of mistrusted ideas.
Clouds condense the tears of angels which rain upon the heads of heathens, humans who've lost their wings and become blind to the beauty lying behind.
Belief is not their burden; what they must become requires a courage known by those who bear the heavy sight of time soon to end.
Untwist the story of history, and only an oratory remains: the logos, the sound of worlds re-made.
Awesome video ;)

Glad you resonated. This pattern you discovered was not done with the slightest bit of conscious intention on my part.

That is to say, this poem is very good.

Whether consciously or unconsciously, the deed is done, this integration of integral consciousness into an integral poem done consciously or uncnsciously by an integral and holistic consciousness, matters not, because the deed is doing, in art.

Each paragraph seems to be representing a vmeme, in the same sequence of appearing as it takes place in nature as value systems, social systems, cognitive levels of development and corresponding changes. All these I seemed to recognize (spiral dynamics terms, though): beige, purple, red, blue, orange, green, yellow, turquoise and just one more for teasing. So I tried reading the paragraphs in reverse order, thusly causing the poem to seem extremly pessimistic. Did you do this consciously, Matt?

rhetorical questions: was the *first word* a declaratory, imperative, or a question? could it be all 3? more than 3?
for example:
a human newborn "cries" as a declaratory "cry" of it's own discomfort +++ an imperative "cry" of "instruct me how to exist here" +++ a questioning "cry" of the 4 great questions, who am i?, how did i get here?, what is my purpose here?, and where am i going?... after this is over?;)
