I feel sorry for the youth of today having not been able to be a hip hop fan during the days this came out. All 3 elements were alive and well and the music made us THINK...those were the days when record company board room peckerwoods were just starting to realize they can make some real scratch off our culture. The artists, nonetheless had some legitimate power over their product....they would get checks and do what they want and say what they want. Not anymore....that is why the music sucks.
