  • @omgwtfftwbq well, i go gym 4 times a week. mon, wed, fri, sun. work out a muslce part once a week. say, i do biceps and triceps on a monday and don't work out that part till next money. get my rest and recovery. and eat well. because im skinny my fat percentage is low already, just wanna get bigger

  • @TheTenners You need to be doing the correct workouts in the correct routine taking the correct breaks. You wont see much change for quite some time unless you cut body fat percentage.

  • just started working out again. Im working to fulfill the bar brothers requirements. today was my first real workout. i struggled through it, had to stop mid way to throw up. after that i went right back into it. after i was done I put this video on, it inspired me to do every lil rep that i had missed during the workout and extra. thank you for your vids, they really are inspirational!

  • i like how they use no supplements, im doing the same thing, my friends make fun of me, but i don't see a big difference between me and them, at least my kidneys are safe.
