You can go up in the church tower and through the houses from the beginning of the original Modern Warfare mission.

u no in duh beginning u can get a double kill if u toss a C4 over the red cr8 i believe, a collateral or triple if your on vet if u followed that white piping 2 a y shaped tree. double kill w/ C4 if u crawled to the 2 guys talking... just sayin... good job though
