Why the fuck was this in my recommended videos!?

I just learned how to do them! I'm 16 and don't have much upper body strength. You need a burst of energy and good form.

ekubalusabyan: Depends where your stuck on the frog stand. A couple of tips:
1. Put your hands as close to your feet as you can manage.
2. To shift your weight from your hands to your feet, just point your toes to tip your body forward
3. Practice on a soft surface, and get over the fear of falling you your head. Sounds silly, but it's good to fall on your head a few times to realise that it doesn't really hurt. Then you can practice with more confidence

@ekubalusabyan Cool, good luck with it! BTW, I meant to say "to shift your weight from your feet to your hands", not the other way around, but you probably already figured that out.

Frog stands, handstand pushups (against a wall), and tuck planche all help to build up the strength and balance you need for this move. You can probably find youtube tutorials on all of those if you do a search.
