What is the gross weight of 8 axle units, ie 4axle truck + 4axle trailer.
We call them 8 wheelers in UK and with 2 axle trailer gross out at 44 tonnes max.

nice, used to drive old TM Detroit Bedfords between CH-CH and Hokitika through Arthurs pass Before the viduct was there. what a mission that was!!

Its nice to see the New Zealanders drive on the left hand side same as us British. Everytime I have seen other drivers in othewr countries, they drive on the right.
