Ya but on your video you say that you need to download a tonne of stuff but i don't want that. And i don't want it to reboot each time i exit a game. But in that video you say that it reboots ? Than why in this video it doesn't reboot????

Yeah that's the bad part. You need all those things in the description. Also your zune HD will restart, the only reason why my zune HD did not restart in this video is because I cut that part of the video off to shorten the length of the video.

But remember, the ipod touch has been out for a while(2 yesrs or so) and are already in there 3rd gen as to the zune thats been out since mid september 2009........I have the zune and it basically kicks the ipod touches ass beside the app category.
