Interesting video, several white objects throught the video looks like trash or space debris floating up there as the external tank is being taped.

1:44 right side of frame,

2:01 top center frame,

2:10 middle of frame,

3:34-3:36 right of tank,

4:29 center of frame,

4:57 right of the tank something very large.

Who knows...could be stuff that came off during launch

Too bad, the video could be more stable. $2Billion in equipment sent up there. Where's the good video camera at?

Nope, It's not an Unidentified Flying Object, it's a piece of space debris, there are so many pieces up there, it is almost impossible to miss some on your way to orbit.
