Is the same band who recorded the song "Rovin' Heart" in 1967? I have a perfect copy of that 45. It was issued in Edmonton,Alberta,Canada.

I'd love to walk through a color-negative cemetery.

Great music for a leisurely stroll through a color-negative cemetary.

Music for a quiet stroll through a color-negative cemetary.

Aldrich should have paid someone to design a record label. That one's about as blandly generic as it gets.

Alarm clocks can be tiresome those 'death bells at dawn'...! i'd ,like to sandwich it twixt 'Night of The Long Grass' by the Troggs and 'Melancholia' ( the Pete Townshend demo) on a gloomy compilation

@kvernon1 that's because they aren't, the other Lords were germans

Hard to believe this is the same band that performed "Poor Boy"! If you're in the mood for a dramatically different (and you might find amusing) change of pace, check out this song on YouTube. It should be one of the "Suggestions"

Nice little song. Makes me want to fire all of my guns at once. Interesting organ work. Don't fear the reaper even tho there's smoke on the water.

The producer is Murray The J...is that Murray The K.'s younger brother?
Yeah very hip. These guys are from Morristown NJ...very cool tune. Morristown produced great music and had some cool clubs back in the 60's.The flip side of this one is also a great tune...Light Rain.Their manager was Murray Aldrich and the Lords opened for quite a few bands in the area back then. They shared the stage with the Animals, Kinks, Association, Myddle Class and various other bands. It's a tough record to find.Does anyone know of any compilation records that may have a clean version?

Wow, thanks for the info. You can find this track on a couple compilation CDs. "Sixties Rebellion Vol. 11: The Hydrogen Atom" from 1993 on the German label Way Back or the much easier to find "30 Seconds Before the Calico Wall" from the Arf! Arf! label, released in1995.

It has been comped. Check out "30 Seconds Before the Calico Wall" from the Arf! Arf! label, 1995.

Yeah, you're right. It also appears on "Sixties Rebellion Vol. 11: The Hydrogen Atom". from 1993. My mistake. Thanks for the info, though.
