I watch inventory stuff, more advice to share. Incendiaries do stack to 5, just combine them both. Another tool for PC use in inventory is to hold left-click on an item and move it around and/or use that to combine things faster =). One more thing, you can press 1-9 to quickly pull out an item/weapon from slot 1-9.
