The mirror drill is fun and effective for the athletes. The player on the right in this video, is the leader. The leader can do any array of footwork drills (e.g. Shuffles, Carioca, Cross-overs...) in combination and at random. They can also do whatever they want with the upper body (Chicken dance, Fist pumps, shadow box...). The job of the opposite athlete is to mirror the movements of the leader. This drill is great for cardio work and also develops read and reaction time.
