Have you got the 3.0 iPod Touch Upgrade? It's only like $12.99 in the iTunes Store.

I can't get it to sync onto my Ipod Touch. Never had this problem with any other app. There is plenty of room and I find it on my desktop under apps...but it won't transfer over.
