is it possible to do this in CS3? im trying my hardest to locate the tool you use to zoom in after you've created the blur... does anyone know if it was removed for CS3?

Awsome! Although i didn't know there was a macromedia photoshop-like program... lol!
Thats a good effect to use in Flash, now i've just gotta figure it out on my Adobe Photoshop CS3 now! :)
