Well I haven't recorded a cover in a few years.. at least 3? Been working on a lot of new stuff lately and I desperately needed a break from myself tonight so i thought I'd cover one of the songs floating around in my head..
These guys did a lot of..stuff..this is one of their few songs that isn't just about doing...stuff ...

@fss1994 No problem. Best overall thing to do if your going for a particular style is to listen the song on the monitors you're mixing with frequently. Keep working towards it. A signature element of the original is the chorused vocals, I sang it through start to finish on about 4 or 5 tracks and that got me like halfway to the sound I wanted after a little mixing.
