What other foods are good as you cant have a boiled egg everyday, it would simply just put you off from eggs. And also my sleeping pattern is really weird, sometimes ill wake up in the morning sometimes in the evening. Should i always start of with a breakfast or skip? i really need help on alot of things. Please get back to this.

It is going to sound like a crap answer, but honestly... the best breakfast for losing weight is any breakfast at all. Studies show that 80% of overweight people don't eat breakfast. And although I think sugar cereals are complete garbage, even those are better than no breakfast at all. It still staves off hunger and prevents binging later on.
I totally agree with you about the eggs BTW! I also think that this idea that eggs are unhealthy is incorrect.

@ObeseToSlim Good point. Although, as you point out, the problem isn't really in NOT having breakfast, the problem is what people eat later on in the day e.g. a large mocha from Starbucks with a chocolate muffin at 10am. However, if we're wanting to give our bodies food to function, I don't think cereal is the best fuel to achieve that.

@D80nefs lol... cereal is gone from this house. No more Kelloggs junk. Eggs and porridge is all that's permitted now :D

hey! im trying to lose weight, i've been dieting for about 2 and a half weeks. i have lost about 6 pounds. I have no problem eating healthy food, i usually eat a scrambled egg in the morning with a fruit and maybe some whole wheat toast. For lunch i have a yogurt, a fruit, some nuts, and a sandwich. Supper is the only hard part for me. I could be eating healthier, what do you eat for supper? and what do you do for exercise? I walk about 40 minutes a day along with some tae bo. Any suggestions?

@DonnieIsPro Those are great results! I'd recommend a more protein based evening meal, e.g lentils, chicken, and veg. As for exercise, intensity is key for weight loss, so I'd recommend you turn your 40 minute walk into 5 minutes of interval sprints. You'll notice a huge difference if you do this with intensity. It's painful, but it's over fast and you'll be amazed at the results.
