  • Tears everytime i hear this song. So beautiful!

  • By far my favorite Christmas song ever. It is so beautiful... so peaceful. I can remember many a Christmas Eve not being able to fall asleep and then this song coming on and it just knocking me out. Nowadays whenever I hear it, I just want to break down and cry because of the pure beauty of it. Mannheim Steamroller, you are awesome. Thank you for this incredible song.

  • This version of this classic Christmas Carole is the last Christmas music I will listen to until the Christmas season of the following year. With the conclusion of Stille Nacht all I can say is AMEN!!!!

  • @jimbojr09

I too have been down that road brother. And after about 10 years I still am pretty much, except that I keep telling myself that the sun is just about to come up soon. Trust in our father and he will be our GPS guiding us down that road.

    Merry Christmas to all!

  • A song written as though they captured the moment upon Our Lord Jesus Christ was born

    beautiful...

  • To have faith, at times it is trying, to remember history recorded a man, whom walked the earth and sacrificed all, for us, cannot be dismissed.

  • Sometimes this is very hard to listen to. Picture foreclosing on your house, having only about $80 to your name and driving down a dark highway thinking about your family that you wish you can see on Christmas. Yes this was once me. Just to remember those times bring tears to my eyes. I listen to it now....3 years later.... and it's a song of hope.

  • boys. dont. cry.

  • love this version of this song.

  • Words cannot express the peace that this song provides as I think of those who have passed before me.

  • Ours too, CARJEANWEL. I sang a solo of Stille Nacht at our grade school CHRISTmas programffwhen in the 5th grade. Scared still to stand in the chancel area to a packed house, since everyone goes to a CHRISTmas Eve program. My grandma Ricke came over from Germany and came especially to watch and hear her grandson. Yes, with all the rest; when I hear this I think of her & my folks and at a candle light service I'm happy there are are only candles ligthing up the church. Boy do I well up in tears
