How Ridiculous & Compassion: Releasing Children from Poverty

A little glimpse into the individual and collective hearts of How Ridiculous and the passion to see children released from poverty. We hope you enjoy this video which includes some previously unseen footage of one of our shots but our hope is that you respond with action to what you see and hear. You can meet the need by giving a little of what you have. It is something you will never regret.

This video was first shown at the 2011 Youth Vision WA State Youth Games.

As we each do our bit, we can be the generation that truly brings change in the world. But it will take everyone of us.

"release children from poverty"-charity from 1st world rich kids will not ever change the global capitalist catastrophe. Giving money to the poor will not "release" them. Please look at the cause of these issues, there are many. Capitalism creates class whether it local in Australia or global worldwide. Your guilt cleansing rich kid missionary cause is a farce that will serve to recreate more of the same and NEVER change anything structural. I hope it makes your all atleast feel better...

@alxfight As convincing as your argument would appear, your view is very narrow-minded. All it would take is everyone to do their bit and there wouldn't be a problem. Thinking that the world will change to help others instead of themselves, well that in itself is a rather ignorant viewpoint I'll admit. But i'd rather do what I can to help one person than sit on my thumbs and call them a lost cause. I hope this makes you feel for those who are worse off than you. You could change someones life.

Great vid guys. And even greater initiative. This is a great way to make people aware of what's going on in the world and shows that not only well off middle aged peeps doing something coz they can "afford" to but the youth of today, a generation of change ready and willing to better this world.

I know peeps are knocking it labeling it a "religious" vid, but since when was it bad to give reasons why u guys are doing what u are doing. It gives more substance than a random vid.
