  • people arguing over which cover is better dont deserve to listen to either version

  • There are no original ideas... only original people.

Reznor, Cash, and Vedder sing "Hurt" from their point of view... and so do we all.

  • @dragonlense Think Eddie Vedder is too good to need to know where Trent Reznor came from. No offence to him.

  • crapomatic suites your critics about them Reznor and Vedder singing over again not only cause of the song but more as a tribute to reznor himself cause he brought it in such a particular way its called mutual respect and recognicion of musical art in its best .... and only way wich is cinycly enough very sad and emotional mostly i guess feel it even more to be able to compose theit own musik also and surely do not do covetrs only Right Grtzz from Belgium???

  • @crapomatic; this is true of many songs but is particulary true of this song.

  • i luv his shirt..... i amamamamamamamaanot i no gay no ya me 2

  • terrible

  • Ok, the song was writen TRENT REZNOR but it is better performed JOHNNY CASH. YES THIS IS OPINION. without a doubt this is an amazing song by reznor but johnny just brought his own life into the song, which even reznor said was something he could never do and it was an honor for cash to do. EDDIE just saw a song to cover. the song is something different for everyone and is for ANYONE who has ever felt hurt or even hurt another. this is just an opinion so dont be too harsh. just enjoy the music.

  • @borderlinebi ohh, new meat in the market ?? nice !!!

  • At the end he says "Thank you, Trent" BAM!! No Johnny Cash contribution, though he was a decent songwriter as well.

  • At least show some interest in the real song writer (Trent Reznor) before you go and "Borrow" someones song.

Johnny Cash also covered this song.
