Well I gess it isent so eazy to make a liquid mesh.

This is also Ageia's proprioetary renderer. This video has nothing to do with Nvidia and predates the acquisition by quite a long time. If it's any 'engine', it's the same as the original Cell Factor.

PhysX is a physics framework, this has nothing to do with Unreal 3, and this kind of fluid effect *is not possible* in Unreal 3 out of the box. It's causing all manner of problems with people referencing this video and asking how to do it in UDK on a fairly regular basis.
UDK uses the PhysX physics engine and has some minor support for some hardware accelerated features.

@ambershee PhysX isn't a renderer. And Ageia is now nVidia.
Though the title of the video is TECHNICALLY not correct, it's really an honest mistake since PhysX comes in the UDK package.

@D3IMUDD4 now cryengine 3 is free

@dethskullcrusher well physix is just physic solver unreal engine is used to render image itself
-
This is Physx.. not Unreal Engine!
-
This is NOT the Unreal Engine. This is Ageia's proprietary rendering engine.
