@manish0359 Excume me, I had titled this video as "ridiculous language" that doesn't mean that I think Hindi is inferior to English. Secondly I haven't told him to speak English in Parliament rather I also think English is only a language and we should give preference to our mother language but these politicians and cricketers will never understand the importance of Hindi and speaks English as if as per them, it reflects their status.

@chandan9293 Well look retardo- by your own admission, the overwhelming majority of India doesn't speak Hindi. I've been to several places in India, and english was THE de facto language. Besides, if Hindi represents freedom, it would be ironic to use that as an excuse to shove a language down peoples' throats. Besides it's 2012. Fluency in english is far more practical. @IndianPrince04 asshole......hindi is spoken in MP,UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan......the dialects being (khariboli, braj, awadhi,bhageli, bundelkhandi, bhojpuri,, maithli, chattisgarhi, angika, mewari, mewati, bangru etc)........hindi is the single largest language spoken by indians..........the population is aalmost half of india.........it is d language of our freedom struggle.....moreover english is more alien to a tamil than hindi

@forgottenmemories63 Our languages have lost their footing considerably.By promoting english as the primary language we can advance them in to extinction.

I will surely feel bad if my kids can't read or write in my mothertongue.Language is crucial for a culture as an anchor.If you cannot read you cannot reproduce, and without reproduction our folktales,songs and myriad dialect specific words fade away.

@forgottenmemories63 Antariksha/brahmand ka yatra, antariksha yatri (cosmonaut ,astronaut,space traveler...), milan path, antariksha vastra.... and Hindi isn't even spoken well in my state. Cosmonaut is a russian word, rendezvous sounds french or latin and English is the most freakishly dry language in the entire world in terms of poetry.
