  • I flew aboard Air France Concorde several times In 2003,a few months before Concorde stopped flying.Flying to Paris, we flew at 66000 feet at the edge of space. It was awesome!!! I told the captain I felt like John Glenn & he told me everytime he flew Concorde so did he. Thre hours & 29 minutes of champagne,Caviar, great food & wine. I'll never forget the experience. We flew. at the edge of space. You can't top that!

  • @deep6phil Well... You could theoretically go into space.

  • @deep6phil what was the price?

  • If u press 6 several times u'll find the video a bit more entertaining! lol

  • @dothewave13 from what ive read n c on national geographic, its not the edge of space but you were traveling so high and so fast u cld c the curve edge of the earth... the glowing blue part

  • @deep6phil for the record, 66000 feet is NOWHERE near the edge of space.

  • That was just Sarah Palin shooting a small furry animal at close range with a 12 guage. She missed.

  • Man I wish I could have been onboard when these beauts were still in use. They could travel at Mach 2 (twice the speed of sound) ?

  • @misko456zoznamsk True. but theres a difference between being there and feeling as though you are/were

  • @deep6phil you flew at the upper edge of the Troposphere and eventually got to the Stratosphere. The Kármán line, at 100 km (in Thermosphere), is often regarded as the boundary between atmosphere and outer space so you had some 80km to go...

  • I could see the concorde at "le bourget".... It makes me feel so bad to see this wondergul bird stuck to the ground. It was way more than just a plane, it was "Concorde", and nothing can change that. He is unique, and he will always live in the hearts of aviation fans. goodbye, Concorde.
