"GOVERNMENT" was formed at the NUCLEUS or CORE whose main purpose is to raise the funds necessary to cover the operating costs of the BUREAUCRACIES, UNIVERSITIES and AGENCIES which operate within its boundaries.

Each INTERNATIONAL CONGLOMERATE is TASK SPECIFIC and yet it operates well within the cluster of the whole, due to connections established by "SECRET SOCIETIES".

There exists a single "ABSENTEE LANDLORD" who is known to INSIDERS as "THE UNKNOWN SUPERIOR" and to the UNINITIATED GUINEA PIGS (slaves) as "GOD".
