So if someone murders your entire family on Christmas they deserve to live a long life, unharmed huh?

Thats way too "humane"

and a disgrace to the victims.

If you're really for the death penalty, you have to also be for innocent people getting killed by the death penalty, because you can NEVER rule out the errors made. There is no other way. There have been and will always be errors in the judicial system of the dealth penalty as long as there is the death penalty. And that's what you call humane? Innocent people getting the death penalty?!

One thing I'd like to add. Have you ever heard a person say: "The more I know about the death penalty, the more glad I am that there is death penalty? Of course not! So you should do some reading on the topic. You'll be surprised how your optionen opinion will change.

Yes, errors are made. Thats not due to the death penalty. They would still spend their lives in a cell with a bunch of animals.Which is not much different than a death sentence in my mind.

The errors made are due to the lack of evidence, and the judicial system, saying your not going to put down anyone because there have been errors is ridiculous. They just need to be damn sure it was them that did it.

Im not saying everyone who goes to court for murder should be taken out back and shot, but for the people who admit it, or for the cases with undeniable proof, then whats the harm?

Example: Charles Manson, he dosed people up on lsd, then convinced them he was god and commanded them to brutally murder people. He admits it, and has never stated that he is sorry or would have changed it if he could, prison hasnt worked, so why keep him alive? Watch Helter Skelter and then tell me he should live.

Its a shame this man has to repeat himself to this day.... If our current system only lasts a decade or two before the bubbles pop then why not try going back to when there was sound money.

HAHA!! even in 1988 he was talking about taking out certain things that the government is funding and departments, etc etc. This is really odd, it seems to me while I agree with a lot of things he does and disagree with only a few, but he has been right the whole way.

He new this was going to happen and it's happening now. I mean damn, this guy has really been on the study and research. whew. I like this guy.
