Oh, and get this.... If US Bank freezes your account, they will refuse payment of incoming checks (and charge you a bounced check fee for each one, even though you have enough in your account) they will use any money in your account for free, AND if you are unfortunate enough to have a business line of credit, or any other loan, they will NOT alowe you to pay it off, and will continue to charge you daily interest on it! They ARE, without a doubt, about as sinister as a bank can get-

I think the real problem is above the actual branch manager who you talked too. Although he definitely could have atleast pretended to have a little bit more class. Most banks have a limit on how many fees they can reverse, but the manager doesnt create these situations on how to get more fees... that's done by people who never see the customers face to face.
Hey dumb ass, I was charged for a transaction that NEVER happened, no money moved anywhere, and I was charged NSF fees on a SAVINGS account for the transaction that never took place, then charged fees for my account being in the negative as a result of the fees for a transaction that never took place, so don't talk to me about bad account management. Banks love to rip people off. I was charged overdraft fees on a SAVINGS account over a transaction that never transacted.
