Untraining skills its really stupid, Jagex doesn't want to think about such a dumb idea. being a pure isn't Runescape, being the best you can be is.

Skills that are under level 20 can be un-trained. That way, no hackers could un-train your account back to level 3. Say you got like 2 defence on a pure. That's below level 20 so you can un-train it.

Perhaps it could be like double experience, where it can be turned on and off. They could just allow us to do it ourselves. They could also just make it so if you go below the quest requirement it marks it let's say.. blue. Blue means Blocked, meaning it's completed but you no longer have the requirements and anything from that quest is un-useable.

locking xp might be cool, but not un-training. it could go wrong in so many ways.
