The first time I heard about this I was so intrigued and to be honest, quite thrilled to hear about a case such as this. Hell, if I married my ex girlfriend, and she wanted to be a man but have a baby for us, it wouldn't make a difference to me. Ever consider that Tom's wife couldn't have children, and since he still had female organs he would take on that feat for his and her happiness?
