Springdans by Edvard Grieg - pretty easy on the piano. I love Grieg - it sounds silly, but I first heard his pieces in commercials and, well, Ren and Stimpy as a kid. Songs from Peer Gynt were used on the show...a lot. Anitra's Dance is a favorite of mine.
