'The Call Of Cthulhu is one of my favorite short films that really deserves wider exposure,
It does far more for me as a stop motion animated independent film on a budget than alot of Hollywood CGI eyecandy films which throw everything in but the kitchen sink do these days.

hardcore people will claim there is. there are rumored to be cults that are use HP Lovecraft's mythos as a basis for their activity. personally, i think it's lovecraft's creation.

Cthulhu and everything else are fiction made by Lovecraft. A Cult of Cthulhu may exist, but is based off this fiction.

i suppose that's what i was trying to get at. that there wasn't a cult he was writing of, but rather, a cult born of his writing. :)
