Any one buying Creative products beware. Their customer support and warranty is absolutely awful. They wanted $12.99 just to e-mail me a link for a sound card driver. My Zen V died after only 2 months, and they wanted $25. {plus I pay shipping to return it} before they would even provide an RMA number. They DO NOT care about you once they have your money.

I don't know about easy break. I think it's a well built piece of technology if you ask me. I've dropped mine over a dozen times and it still works fine.

it's good but... it's like the ipod nano... it's small, small+ easy to lose and easy to break, but eitheir way it's good but i supposose walk man and ipod classic win here :(
