@MakeDoAndi I'd imagine Sadie will have some good info for you but Kundalini yoga alternated with Hatha might be a good way to work at healing and strengthening your core from different aspects and angles, safely. :) I love Ana and Ravi's Navel Power DVD. Deceptively simple, it works wonders for the core/agni. :)

this sequence looks amazing and i'm excited to try it but i had severe distasis recti from two HUGE babies which has never totally closed and i'm told i should never do any poses that have my shoulders above my hips (boat for example). is there anywhere on your site that discusses this "injury" and how to modify... i'd love to rediscover my core, i lost her about 6 years ago and haven't seen her since. thanx!

and the "heat" is still taking place on inside long time after the workout. The "Ha" sounds (especially the fierce pose with dropping the hands down) can REALLY burn ANY trash in your head!! I sometimes actually lose an appetite after the workout but probably just cause the body takes time to adjust to the normal healthy energy flow and hormonal balance. This is my favourite routine so far - a great massage for the whole body even after a tiring day and a super-boost for metabolism! Bless!

Sadie, thank you so much for uploading this routine here! I am doing it about 3 times a week for about half a year now and I am simply amazed! It gives energy when done in the morning and calms down before going to bed (when Savasana is added at the end). It helped me to tone my whole body and it does wonders for the posture (especially the torso twists when in lounge), and digestion. I am not sure if I eat less or more, but what I noticed is that my body fat has gone from those stubborn places
