IT'S NOT FREE ENERGY, because of friction. No matter how hard you try, you will loose momentum by the resistance of friction. When you loose even a minuscule of energy (such as from friction), more energy is required to continue the reaction; therefore, it needs more energy than it produces.

Opposing Class D, or if wired for it, Class C mass pendulum is tuned via phasing leg lengths. Its not very efficient, even if it were a plasma the modes would have to fold its own path while heat is still relevant. As a side note: I built a device like this is Second Life, with its limited Macromedia Physics Engine... and it works! Its because there is no inertia or back propagation of torque... in other words, in the real world...no. In a limited paradigm... sure, why not! : )
