Great example of overbuilding to nowhere. The developers made millions pulling it out of the fraudulent loans from banks and the US taxpayer is now picking up the dog shit from these living in Tahiti speculators

Shops shops and more shops, and a a few restaurants thrown into the mix. And where are all the customers going to come from when ppl are en mass worried about their jobs if they have job, and are cutting back because of mounting debts ect? I predict no sooner are they going to open then the shops will begin closing. As Chris Rock once said, Grand Opening, Grand Closing. "I see a bad moon arising..."

I bet you this place did not open up at all ? We saw the same thing in Henderson, NV. when we were down there last spring.... actually we saw this kind of devastation everywhere in Arizona and California. We have a yuppie shangri -la -de- da golf course/housing development outside of Kamloops BC Canada that has only developed about 12 homes since 2007-ish and there has been no new housing for a few years. This problem is global and it has gone viral.
