Most people see these guys on stage and laugh or criticize when they dont know how hard it is to get ready for a competition. it takes more than sacrifice. these guys work so hard to get where they are and they the damn definition of hard work and dedication. they are the human anatomy chart. they are the masters of nutrition and training. this is the life of a bodybuilder.

hey, could you possibly tell me where to find that branch wareen speach? i found a little hard to understand due to distortion and overlapping music etc. but apart from really impressive video, found it very motivational and inspiring to keep to my regim, thanks :D

p.s excellent ending, leaving on somewhat of a cliffhanger just helps me keep this video im my mind for longer :D

thank you. the branch warren speech was on one of those long shoulder workout videos. the video was like 8 minutes long. it was his shoulder workout 1 week before the Arnold Classic. so that should help. im sure there wont be alot of different shoulder workout videos from Branch to watch especially if its a week out form a cpmpetition so it would be easy to find.
