@Iwtlv Game Maker has a great editor that can remove the pixels. Just select edit and the eraser.

This is great stuff both parts of you're tutorials where very helpful. The only problem I'm encountering is when selecting the sprite, I copy the sprite but I also get the empty pixels around it. What can I do so that I don't have the pixels that are around the sprite? It's more noticeable when I add the background.

he is using game maker 8 i think is the latest one. it only creates .exe files. not .swf
