NOTE: USE Maximum thrust in short burst, no more than 10 seconds unless you use a bigger motor like HKs XK4082-1500KVwhich is 1600kv motor. Use the toysonic.com fan (http://www.toysonics.com/3.5inch-89mm-6-blade-edf-ducted-fan-unit.html)

This time I used HKs 190 amp esc and it was warm not hot after the run. With both the esc and the motor cool down runs after landing is a must I don't think either one likes heat soak. I don't know why my bats don't want to keep peak tonight, I'm sure I'd get 9pds settled vs 8.5 if they were heated. again for the money I aint complaining.

The esc will 8s with these two caveats, no voltage protect on 8s...it'll voltage protect like it's 7s. Also you MUST...MUST use a cheap 10 ohm spark suppressor or you'll pop the FETs. Those FETs are spec'd up to 34volts but they're not the best in regards to resistance so they'll pop on you on hook up.

- HK 1660 "car" motor or (XK3674-1650KV) or
- HK 190amp esc on 8s
- Freewing rotor in Changesun shroud (stators in Freewing cause high pitch that I can't stand)
- 8s batteries was trying to keep it to 30c.
